Now is the time to begin living the life that is in alignment with your dreams. So many times people put off doing things in their lives because of the lack of money, family and job responsibilities, or just plain fear. It seems far easier at times, to put your dreams on the a back burner, and support your kids dreams, or a partner’s goals, or even your boss’s plans. But, as I have learned from my coaching, most everyone has some nagging sensation in their heart that is telling them there is something more!

Many times, I run into women who have put their life on hold while raising children and being in family mode. Then once the kids are grown and off doing their own thing, they have more time to themselves, and suddenly realize they have forgotten their dreams. Or their old dreams just don’t seen to “fit” any longer. Feeling lost and unsettled they are searching for more meaning in their lives. Sometimes this may feel like despair - but this is an awesome place to be, really! It is the beginning of a new journey -- the most important one you will ever take -- the journey to your heart!
